RECOMMENDED MODEL DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE

"All disputes arising out of or in connection with this instrument or any legal relationship associated therewith or derived therefrom shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the International Games and Esports Tribunal Rules (IGET Rules). The mediation shall be conducted in [language] and shall take place in [city], [state]. If (a) any such dispute has not been settled within 15 days of the commencement of the mediation or (b) either party fails to participate or continue participating in the mediation, the dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration in accordance with IGET Rules.
